- Return totes empty, lids on and stacked at the agreed pickup spot.
- Max 50 lbs per tote.
- Below freezing, don't drop, throw, overload or stand on totes. Cold plastic cracks.
- Keep walkways and driveways clear of snow and ice for delivery and pickup.
